Community service hours
Pebblebrook Community Service Form Guidelines:
The Community Service Form is exclusively for documenting service hours completed at Pebblebrook.
Service hours outside of Pebblebrook must be submitted on the organization's official letterhead.
Students must complete 80 hours of service to qualify for a graduation cord.
How to Submit Your Hours:
1. Print the Community Service Form.
2. Complete all required sections of the form.
3. Submit the form to Ms. Grigsby in the Media Center.
